It’s my goal to make RCS a place where clients can depend on getting the best service from an experienced team who love what they do. You will find me behind the chair and working alongside my team to give our guests the exceptional experience they expect.
Nothing feels better than making someone feel happy, confident, and beautiful. I consider this the most rewarding career, and I am grateful that I have a fantastic team that feels the same way.
A Little About Me
I moved to the Triangle when I was young and consider myself a native of the Raleigh area. I always knew I had a natural talent when it came to styling. Shortly after graduating from high school, I started my journey as a stylist. I liked the idea of a career path that gave me a good work/life balance, allowing me to achieve my professional goals while still having time to be with my family when needed.
I am a proud mom of three children. Alana, Jayden, and Sawyer keep me very busy when I'm not in the salon. I am married to my husband, Caven, and together we have a blended family of nine!
When I’m not with my kids or at the salon, I consider myself a homebody. We stay busy on our recently built home on 38 acres of land. However, we love camping and all the adventures it takes us on!

Hey there, I'm Molly! I am a Raleigh native and graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2019. I have a husband and 2 adorable puppies that I love spending my free time with! I am a Blonde specialist and certified in hand-tied extensions. Lived in blondes are my favorite service to do behind the chair!
For as long as I can remember, doing hair and makeup has been a passion of mine. When I was a little girl I loved to play "spa" and would set up my little foot spa to give my parents pedicures. Later on, I started doing my friends’ hair and makeup for prom. This is when I really started to consider becoming a stylist since I loved doing it so much!

Hey y'all, I'm Madison. I’m a blonding and extension specialist here at Ron Carlos and I love my job! When I’m not here, I’m spending time with my husband and two kids or in my garden digging in the dirt.
For a time, I was enrolled at the University of Winthrop to study visual arts with a concentration in printmaking and photography. While I was there, I realized my passion for the beauty industry, so I decided to enroll in the Paul Mitchell Academy in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated in 2013.
I truly believe this is the perfect profession for me where I’m able to do all the things I love. I am excited to work in an industry that is constantly evolving, giving me the opportunity to continue learning and adding to my skill set. I also love interacting and building relationships with people.
What do I love most about being a stylist? I take pride in my ability to create a fun and relaxing environment where you can achieve your hair dreams. If you are looking for someone who listens to your needs and expectations and will provide you with the expert advice you need to reveal your hair’s fullest potential, then you have found your hair home with me!

Hey there, beauties!
My name is Jennifer, Raleigh has been my home my whole life, but I've found my hair home here at Ron Carlos Salon. I am happy to be here at RCS and ready to serve each of you.
As a young adult, I know how important it is to look and feel beautiful. When women feel beautiful, everything about them radiates. This is why I love to use my creative outlet to empower women and build their confidence through the love of hair!
When not at the salon, you can catch me hanging out with friends and boyfriend, at the dog park with my puppy Canelo or helping my mom in her business. I am also bilingual. Hablo español y espero poder hacerles su sueno realidad.
My love for the hair industry continues to grow along with mine. I love how this industry is never ending, just like your hair goals. Stop by and see me help you achieve your dream hair goals!

Hi there!
My name is Sky, and I am originally from Central New York! I have spent the last few years traveling and moving around but I found where I'd like to stay for a while.
I spent a year in Seattle, where I learned how important self-love is. Self-love comes from taking care of yourself and putting YOU first. This piqued my interest in health, like energy healing, food, and skincare!
I later did my schooling in Boston, where I found my love for making others feel better, whether it be through waxing, lashes, or, my favorite, facials! However, I needed a change in scenery again, so I came to North Carolina.
My goal is to make every moment count, so I am thankful I found a job I truly love. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my little family, playing in my garden, cooking, and binge-watching Netflix.
Take some time to better yourself and get the therapy your skin deserves.

Hey Y’all!! My name is Taniyah Hannah and I am a new hairstylist at Ron Carlos Salon. I have had a true passion for hair since I can remember. As a woman I know how important it is to feel beautiful and special so I love having the opportunity to help people achieve that by doing there hair! I have been working at my craft for years in and out of school and I am determined to learn anything that I need to in order to grow and expand my knowledge. What makes me different than any other hairstylist is that I am very passionate about the work I do and it is my top priority to not only get you the hair of your dreams but to also keep it healthy and maintained! I

Hey Y'all! My name is Layla, I am a Raleigh native a mom of a beautiful little boy and a baby girl on the way! I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School- Raleigh and have been licensed for over 4 years. I enjoy making my clients feel beautiful, confident and comfortable. I prefer to do long layered haircuts, textured shoulder length hair cuts but specialize in blonding and lived in balayages. I can't wait to meet you in my chair and make your hair dreams come true!!

Hey there! My name is Maya, and I’ve lived in the Raleigh area my entire life. I enjoy gardening, being with my pups, painting, and catching up on my favorite shows. From a young age, I discovered my love for nails and nail art. Whether it was painting my own nails or experimenting with new designs, I found joy in creating miniature works of art right at my fingertips. As I grew older, this passion naturally extended to doing nails for friends and family, turning a simple hobby into a way to bring beauty and happiness to those around me.
I decided to take this passion to the next level, got my license, and turned my love for nails into a career. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team at RCS, where I’ve found an amazing home that allows me to do what I love every day. My ultimate goal with every client is to ensure that they leave my chair not only with beautiful nails but also with a smile on their face. I believe that nails are more than just a beauty service—they’re a form of self-expression, and I’m here to help my clients express themselves in the most fabulous way possible.
Whether it’s a simple polish change or a detailed nail art design, I approach every service with care, creativity, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I look forward to welcoming you to my chair and helping you feel your best with a fresh set of nails that you’ll love!

Hey y’all! My name is Abbey! Im 19 and I’m pretty new to the world of being an “official” stylist as I just graduated from Mitchell’s Academy for cosmetology in June. I have always loved doing hair and all things beauty.
I’ve lived in Raleigh most of my life but have recently moved to Garner and I love the area so far! When I’m not in the salon I spend most of my time with my boyfriend, family and friends! I also always love a good shopping trip!
I’m working as an apprentice here at Ron Carlos to learn and grow as a stylist and will be accepting clients full time very soon! Im beyond excited to be in an industry that’s always advancing so I can continue to develop with it throughout my career!
We all know, a good hair appointment can turn a bad day into a great day, and I love making everyone feel beautiful! That’s my ultimate goal as your stylist to make you feel beautiful and confident! I haven’t always been the most extroverted but doing hair as taught me so much about working with people and it’s given me the opportunity to build so many great relationships so I value these relationships with clients! I’m always excited to see new faces in my chair.

Hello, I’m Jessika! I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 20 years now. My passion for this industry started early, as a young child playing ‘beauty salon’ in my grandmother’s beauty shop. I lived in North Carolina as a girl. I attended cosmetology school in Southern California and worked many years in one of San Diego’s top Salons. While working along side some of the best stylist in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to learn the latest techniques in women’s hair color and cutting. I specialize in Balayage, Lived in Color, and Beach Blonde Babes. I love to create personalized color combinations that accentuate movement and dimension. I truly believe that healthy hair is the first priority. I enjoy educating my guests on products that can help them achieve all their hair care goals at home. I love what I do and I see it as a true form of living art. Plus, there is nothing better than helping others feel and look their best!
